14 Powerful Questions To Being A Better Leader

Answering The Right Questions Is A Key Element To Your Success

Albert Einstein reputedly said:

“If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the solution, I would spend the first 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask… for once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem in less than five minutes.”

Certainly, after 20 years of working with CEOs and entrepreneurs I know full well the power of asking the right question.  I’ve seen it unlock the answers to major problems, unleash ideas that became multi-million ideas and energised leaders in new directions.

Business is becoming more and more the business of cognition, and the right questions are an important part of a CEO’s or ambitious leader’s toolkit.

Over the years I’ve collected many quotes (and even brought out a book about them) but I’ve also collected great questions.  This video series is a collection of some of those.

Depending on what situation you’re in, one question could be the one you’re looking for right now.  Or perhaps, it’s the cumulative effect of considering all of the questions here.

Either way, I’ve selected these questions to do something that all great leaders value…

to think more deeply.

My private clients pay thousands to get my support - and one of the things I'm known for is asking powerful questions.

Technology is leveraging our time in all sorts of ways and because of this particular tech you can access The CEO Question series for only €47.

Einstein also apparently said this:

“It’s not that I’m so smart. But I stay with the questions much longer.”

These hand-picked questions are ones that I hope you will stay with longer - because they really pack a punch.
